KViHotel Budapest COVID19 - measures:

 

Due to the current stage of the Corona virus outbreak, KViHotel Budapest takes extensive measures in order to keep our guests & colleagues safe. Hence the management of the KViHotel Budapest decided to move on a fully automated operation with the help of the TMRW Hotels application to limit the possibilities of contamination.
As well as introducing new cleaning and disinfecting procedures for providing a safe guest experience.

OPERATIONAL MEASURES:

  • Staff at the reception > Only virtual receptionists available on the application between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m.

  • Physical check-in > Only application based, virtual check-in

  • Personal information on paper documents > Only possible via application

  • Plastic key card handover > Virtual key generation to application

  • Plastic key card door opening > Door opening only possible via application

  • Cash & card payment > Only online payment

  • Personal communication with hotel staff > Communication only possible via application (chat, email or phone)

  • Physical check-out > Only application based, virtual check-out

  • Plastic key card returning > No need to return virtual keys

  • Paper based invoice handover > Only e-invoice generation & email forwarding

CLEANING MEASURES

  • Housekeeping colleagues always wearing masks and rubber gloves while attending your room

  • Rubber gloves are being changed after each usage

  • Common areas including: corridors, Lobby, rest room are being cleaned four times a day

  • Surfaces as doorknobs, handles, elevator buttons, water taps are being disinfected in every two hours

  • A disinfecting kiosk can be found in the lobby

  • Bathroom amenities contain antibacterial and antiviral soaps

  • Guest rooms are being aired for 30 minutes after each cleaning
